I have an 03 dodge dakota, its sitting on 24s with 305/35R24. The truck has a 2 inch lift in front and 3 in the rear. I recently traded my 04 chevy blazer for it. I like the look but the tires rub too bad when turning. What can I do to get a better turning radius? opinions appreciated!

So this is what im Dealing with. The guy I got it from said its a stock suspension in the front. 3 inch lowering blocks in the back. I took a trip to Ft. Pierce this weekend, about a 2 hour ride down 95. the truck road smooth until the overpasses came and where the concrete meets the bridge my wheels would rub the upper fender, then the turn radius is just as bad. Does anyone know what I need to prevent this. Heres some pics of what Im dealing with. Im thinking of cutting back alot of the inside fender and at the 2 1/2 thick firewall. other options appreciated. (taller coil springs, new shocks, spacers,...?) idk This is my first dodge so Im not too sure whats out there for them.
