My 91's engine is pretty decent, the acceleration could improve a bunch and uhhh gas milage too, anyone have any suggestions on how I cane fix these minor dislikings?

18mpg is what it should get with mixed city/hwy driving. Your really not gunna get much better unless its stricly highway road trip or something then your gunna get 20-22mpg. Theres some bolt ons you can do to increase you hp/tq a little and improve throttle response.

What r u doing driving on public roads at 15???
anyway ..It is hard to get better mileage and better acceleration since you need more fuel to get more accleration.Some things that you can do are..

-tune up, new plugs,cap,rotor,possibly wires
-replace your ignition coil if it is original as they break down over time.
-Do a "search" for the TPS mod I found it made a difference on my orange truck. Unless your has a carb
-some kind of Cold Air Intake with a K&N filter
-there are mods you can do to the throttle body that help unles yours has a carb
-replace your exhaust manfolds with headers.
-high flow cat

some of these things are expensive but one thing at a time over time and it can be done

my dad makes me drive everywhere with him in my truck. i dont drive his accord anymore since its pretty modded up. and thanks i will look into that.

My 2wd v6 auto got 14-15 city 17 combined 20-22 hwy...
My 2wd v8 auto gets 13....

I have a 3.9 liter v6 with a new water pump and she just had a recent tune up.

thats about what i get in my dak maybe a little higher i drive it like an old lady though
the lifted 97 ram with the 360...8.3 miles

I know this one is a few months old but I have a couple of suggestions to increase your fuel milage. Zip tie wooden blocks behind the gas pedal or just park it in the driveway lol
