Yes, you have to click the html button to the bottom right of the reply box. THen just type in your html in between the tags.

You have to use the "Post Reply" button. The "quick reply box" at the bottom of the thread will not post html, unless you know the proper tag to post it which is

  [html]           your html here          [/html]
