Alright, my buddy has a 2/4 drop with 20's on his 98 Dak Sport. Now, the truck will make a constant mid-pitch squeaking sound only when it turns...seems to mostly be coming from the front driver's side "wheel". This only started happening as soon as the 20's were mounted. Im thinking its either the balljoints or tierods (Although the Balljoints were recently replaced).

ball joints....... lift the truck and try to wiggle the tire. If it moves........ replace it
