did you guys have to notch your frame for your tie rod ends, we noticed mine are close to hitting the frame. from what we can tell, the only thing thats keeping them from hitting is my sway bar

i removed my sway bar on my 2000 dakota and i did not have to notch my frame for the tie rods but if you keep the sway bay you might want to notch it out for the tie rods if you want the extra clearance for you to feel good but it is not needed once the frame is on the ground the tie rods will not go any higher

I kept my sway bar on my 2003. I did not have to notch the frame, but I was running a 25" tall tire. If I would have gone larger in diameter then I would have had to so because you have to tuck more of your lower control arm.
