I'm curious what tools you guys use to do the port polishing on heads and TB's. i have a few spare and junk head for some atvs laying around id like to learn how to do it. and if i can get good at it on my off road toys i might try it on my dak.

Ill post pics of my stuff later, basically just need a die grinder and an assortment of burrs and what-not

nough said! lol details please can it be done with a dremel? what die grinder do you use? :popcorn:
The dremel wouldn't reach in far enough and would take forever.

Just search carbide burr and you'll get this

I ordered some separate stones from grainger. Their burrs are upwards of $50 ea, the craftsmen set I got for $30 is doing all right.


I'd sure like one of these

here you go jim..



Use a straight grinder and get the smallest one you can so it's easy to work with. I run my pressure at about 30, you can hog more and the tool doesn't want to zip around on you as much
